Brain week 16.03.2019

Dear all, We would like to invite all of you to join the volunteer's team at the Brain Week 2019 to be held on 16/03/19 (Saturday) at the Nencki Institute.

There will be 2 shifts, each 4 hours long (morning: 09:00-13:00 and afternoon one 13:00-17:00). Whole event starts at 10:00, but we need your help with stands preparation from 09:00. We are going to finish the event at 16:00, so we will have 1 hour for packing stands.

Don't worry about lunch time - tea, coffee, sandwiches and pizza slices will be waiting for you.

We know there are a lot of new people who have never taken part in a such event in Nencki - in case of any questions and doubts please contact us. Please remember that volunteering in such event gives you a unique opportunity to meet your fellow students and network a bit. What's more - it is just a great fun!

If you are foreign PhD student: don't worry that you don't speak polish enough - you can still be a helpful volunteer and join our team!
